Program and eligibility

Zerimar Labs LLC operates Zerimar Labs operational SMS using +1 (305) 789-7700. The program is limited to the account owner and authorized operators who affirmatively enroll through the written consent process.

Messages and frequency

Messages may be automated and recurring. They cover service-status updates, operational reminders, requested task results, and support concerning those services. Message frequency varies with system events and requests. This program is not a marketing subscription.

Costs and consent

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Zerimar Labs does not charge a separate SMS subscription fee. Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. SMS consent is separate from permission for phone calls or other messaging programs.

Stop, help, and reactivation

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. A final confirmation may be sent; operational alerts will stop. Reply HELP for program support, or contact hello@zerimar.co. Previously enrolled recipients may reply START to restore messaging permission. You may also withdraw consent by email; administrators review these requests and remove the destination from operational alerts. Tell us if you change or relinquish your number.

Delivery and appropriate use

Delivery depends on wireless networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical safety decisions. Do not send account secrets or payment-card details by text.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how messaging information is used and protected. We will update the effective date when these terms change. A materially different messaging purpose requires appropriate new consent; existing enrollment is not consent to marketing.
